I don’t live in Bay Area anymore but still have collection agency after me. Giving their arrest, do you know if the victims for scam are planning or doing anything to protect us from collection agency or go after Eugene and Maria Chen? I want to join in.
Unfortunately, most “older” victims have quieted down, and newer victims here have never stepped forward as a group. Since I don’t know about your case, I only wish I could provide you with more useful information. In my book, there is a chapter about how the victims cope with collector agencies, maybe you can check it out.
